We aim to develop strong athletic ability in runners of all ages through quality and effective programs in a supportive, positive environment.

Our Program

 

Looking to improve your fitness, speed and love of running?

Our versatile programs are designed to develop all levels of runner from beginners who want to exercise in the park, to experienced competitors keen to boost race performance.

 

We specialise in technique, race preparation and race day performance through programs that focus on the important areas of warm-up/cool-down, dynamic and static stretching, drills to enhance running form and speed development.

From Cross Country racing, Road racing and Fun Runs, to Track Athletics we can taylor training programs for all distances from 100 metres to Ultra Marathon.

Group Training Sessions
$80 per month for unlimited sessions

Tuesday and Thursday 

6:15am Interval sessions. Speed/Endurance, Hills, Trails. (Centennial and Moore Parks)

Wednesday AM

Mid Week Long Run. Centennial Park to Clovelly Beach and return

Group 1: Randwick Gates 5:50am

Group 2: McKay Oval 6:00am

Wednesday PM

TRACK SESSION 

ES Marks Fields

Elites 5:15pm

Allcomers 6:30pm

Saturday

Long Tempo and Fartlek

7:15am to 8:15am

Various venues.

Queens Park/Wanda Sandhills/Centennial Park

 

Sunday 

Long Run 7:00am and  7:30am

Various venues.

City/Harbour, Centennial Park, Eastern Beaches Coastal Trails

Every Second Friday at 6pm

Track Sessions
Included in monthly session fees or $20 per session if not a member
We have a Track specific sessions on Wednesday Evenings at ES Marks Athletics.
These sessions are perfect for athletes racing Club and School Championships in all distances from 100 to 10,000m.
Strength Training
We can help you to develop a training schedule that includes strength training to improve core strength, enhance running form and prevent injury.
Private Sessions and Personalised Programs
 
Looking for that special edge or maybe just improve your running technique?
 
Our private running sessions give you specialised coaching relevant to your specific goals and targets.
Private Sessions are $100.00
Personalised Program $60.00 per month with membership/$100 per month stand alone.

Triathlon Training

 

Coach Warren is a former elite triathlete with years of race experience in Sprint Distance to Half Ironman.  Jordan too has raced in individual and team triathlon events at NSW All Schools.

Through private tuition they can offer advice and assistance with training programs, nutrition, race transitions and pacing.
